He said it's a matter of time until someone chooses the wrong house and the homeowner assumes it's a burglar -- and the homeowner shoots them. "You can get killed. It's a felony. It's a burglary. This isn't a game...Your breaking into someone's home. They have the right to use deadly force in that case."
