At FOX 35 Orlando (WOFL-WRBWWOGX), FOX LOCAL, we are looking for the next generation of media leaders to join our team for an immersive Summer Internship Program. This isn’t just a learning opportunity - It’s about gaining practical, real-world experience in one of the nation's most vibrant news markets. You will participate in high-impact projects that build the leadership skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced newsroom.

Available Opportunities We are currently accepting applications for two specialized tracks: 1. Digital Content Producer Intern: Dive into the world of digital storytelling, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content for our web and mobile audiences. 2. Digital_Streaming Intern: In this hands-on role, you will help bridge the gap between traditional broadcast and digital platforms by overseeing daily news gathering operations and digital media initiatives. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines-you’ll be an active part of our content engine.

Program Schedule/Timeline:

Fall term: September – November.

Spring term: February – April

Summer Term: June – August

  •  Duration: 10 weeks
  • Schedule: up to 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Paid ($15.00 per hour)
  • Location: Orlando, Florida

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program.
  • Current class standing of Sophomore, (second year college student) or above
  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
  • Access to own housing and transportation to/from the TV Station.
