'A McMess': McDonald's drive-thru fight ends in shooting
Surveillance video shows the moment at fight between customers and an employee at a Florida McDonald's drive-thru escalated. According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, 2 men were frustrated when they were told that the McDonald's was not accepting orders because it was too busy. The argument escalated when the two men entered the store and began to berate the employee. That employee then grabbed a gun and pointed it at the customers. After a struggle, the gun fired and one of the customers was grazed in the neck. The employee was not charged in the shooting, but was charged with tampering with evidence. The two would-be customers were charged with disorderly conduct.
