Matt Dolman is representing a family who says a predator reached out to their 11-year-old daughter on Roblox, and convinced her to send sexually explicit images in exchange for "Robux" – the virtual currency the app uses.

After it took two months to locate and arrest Jacoby Tillman, who is accused of attempted sexual battery, he's been released on bond two days later. This judicial decision sparked outrage from prosecutors and law enforcement with state attorney Monique Worrell saying Tillman "presents a danger to our community."

'A McMess': McDonald's drive-thru fight ends in shooting

Surveillance video shows the moment at fight between customers and an employee at a Florida McDonald's drive-thru escalated. According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, 2 men were frustrated when they were told that the McDonald's was not accepting orders because it was too busy. The argument escalated when the two men entered the store and began to berate the employee. That employee then grabbed a gun and pointed it at the customers. After a struggle, the gun fired and one of the customers was grazed in the neck. The employee was not charged in the shooting, but was charged with tampering with evidence. The two would-be customers were charged with disorderly conduct.
