Service dogs returned home after being stolen
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Two huskies are back at home with their owners after they were stolen.
Edwin Jacobo said his two Siberian Huskies, Drift and Koda, dug themselves out of their yard the day after Christmas. The two dogs were training to be service dogs for Jacobo's mother.
Thankfully, as of Sunday morning, the dogs are back home safe. Drift and Koda were reunited with their family after they, along with half a dozen officers, met up with the suspected dognapper.
Drift has minor injuries but is expected to be okay.
The thief originally asked the dog's owners for ransom owners.
There is no word yet on any charges.
