Sanford Police found dog with a collar but no identification

SANFORD, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Police in Sanford have found a dog and hope to find its owner. 

The Sanford Police Department says that on Tuesday morning, a lieutenant found a dog at Celery and Mellonville Avenues. The dog reportedly has a collar but no identification code.
