A man has been arrested, accused of peeking into dressing rooms at a Walmart in Port Orange.  Several shoppers told Walmart staff about the suspicions actions, and a Walmart employee called 911.

"We are not sure where the man is at the moment . He's loose in our Walmart, which is basically what the problem is," a store employee told the 911 dispatcher.

Police say he appeared to be using his cell phone to take pictures and video of unsuspecting women while in the dressing room.  But, he ran off before officers showed up at the store.

Police later arrested Terrence Sicilia, 29, on charges of video voyeurism.
