SunRail train and vehicle collide in Maitland
MAITLAND, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - A SunRail train and a vehicle collided in Maitland on Monday morning.
The Maitland Police Department reported on Monday morning that their officers worked a crash in the area of Matiland Avenue and Packwood Avenue. The incident involved a single vehicle and a SunRail train.
Delays occurred near the scene and on Horatio Avenue, as the train was stopped across both intersections. They advised drivers to avoid the area.
SunRail train P306 was delayed at least 45 minutes due to the incident.
It is still not clear if there were any injuries because of this incident.
