LAKE MARY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Seminole County Sheriff's Office reported on Thursday morning that Sprint and T-Mobile networks are experiencing difficulty connecting to 911.
They urge Seminole County residents that are unable to connect with emergency services to contact 911 via 407-665-5100 (EMS, fire) or 407-665-6650 (law enforcement).
Carriers are reportedly working on the networks to fix. T-Mobile has since released an update and said that this is a third party issue and they are monitoring as they address it.
