Police say mom drove drunk with kids in car

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Police say Kathlene Cutlip was driving south on Williamson Boulevard in Daytona Sunday night, when she swerved into oncoming traffic and hit a 30 year old man's car head on.

Police say Cutlip failed a field sobriety test. She was arrested and booked into the Volusia County Jail. She has since bonded out.

The driver of the other car, 30 year old John Salter was sent to Halifax Medical Center in critical condition.
The kids, ages 16 and 8 were not hurt.
