There is a new smart phone app to help mom's and dad's find nannies and babysitters to watch their children. And the best part is: it's free.

"I love being able to say that I love going to work." Lauren Dodds, just 22, has been a nanny for over 10 years. Dodds recently developed a new app called "Familink" that connects those in need of child care with a potential sitter.

Dodds says the concept for the social media app "Familink" is simply where parents can find nannies and nannies can find parents based on their pre-existing list of friends and family.
