Central Florida couple creates tiny houses craze on water

SANFORD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - You have not been paying attention if you know tiny houses are a "thing." People all over the U.S. are downsizing and moving into houses barely bigger than an average hotel room.

But one Central Florida couple is creating tiny homes with a real twist. The little living quarters Warren and Cynthia Billings build float on the water and people are flocking to the new concept.

The News Station's Tom Johnson takes you for a tour of these Floating Bungalows.
