Attorneys for Zeigler, who's been in jail for 50 years, say new DNA evidence shows Zeigler didn't commit the murder of his wife, his in-laws and another man—at his family’s furniture store in Winter Garden on Christmas Eve in 1975.

Bear Hunters United, who recently lost a lawsuit when they wanted to prevent the first black bear hunt in 10 years, matched the $1,000, bringing the total to $2,000.

SeaWorld filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in Orange County last month. In the motion, the company said Hillary Martin was hit by a snowy egret, a wild migratory bird, on the day she said she was injured by a duck on its Mako coaster. SeaWorld said it wants the lawsuit dismissed because it cannot be legally held responsible for "a wild animal’s actions."

Both drivers were armed. Following a shooting, one man died. Neither man has been publicly identified at this time.
