Trump took shelter in White House bunker as protests raged

Secret Service agents rushed President Donald Trump to a White House bunker on Friday night as hundreds of protesters gathered outside the executive mansion, some of them throwing rocks and tugging at police barricades.

Protesters return to Downtown Orlando for second day of demonstrations

Hundreds of people gathered at Lake Eola on Sunday afternoon to protest the deadly arrest of George Floyd. From Lake Eola, they marched to Orlando City Hall, then onto Orlando Police Headquarters along South Street. There were no instances of violence reported and protesters were given a police escort. The march came hours after looting and vandalism was reported in the Mall at Millenia area.

Looters unleash havoc across Bay Area

Looters trashed stores in Emeryville and San Francisco, causing the mayor to issue a curfew. In Los Angeles, the protests got so out of control on Saturday night that Gov. Gavin Newsom issued a state of emergency.
