Purple flag flown due to Portuguese Man-of-War and Sea Dragons
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - According to the Brevard County Fire Rescue's Facebook page, the Brevard County Ocean Rescue has been flying purple flags for days due to Portuguese Man-of-War and Sea Dragons.
Both Portuguese Man-of-War and Sea Dragons have been spotted in the surf and on the shore.
They advise that you use caution and do not pick up them up.
