New gun rules in effect at Florida Gun Show

Guns had people flocking to the Florida Fair Grounds on Saturday for the Florida Gun Show.

It's the first in Orange County to set up shop under new gun rules in the state.

The new rules require a three-day waiting period and background checks for buyers, even at gun shows.

Officials at the Florida Gun Show say private sales are no longer permitted.

Licensed vendors can still sell at the show, but they have to follow the rules on background checks and the three-day waiting period.

The News Station's Heather Gustafson has the story.
