'Killer grandma' indicted for First Degree Murder

LEE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Former fugitive Lois Riess has been indicted for First Degree Murder.

Riess is charged with killing a woman on Fort Myers Beach in order to steal her identity.

Riess is in Florida facing a second-degree murder charge while Minnesota authorities build their case against her in the March killing of her husband. Riess will stand trial in Minnesota after the Florida case is done.
