Florida Supreme Court to hear firefighters v.s. Governor

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Florida Supreme Court will hear arguments in August in a challenge to Governor Rick Scott for state firefighters.

The International Association of Firefighters went to the Supreme Court last summer.

After an appeals court ruled that the Governor acted within his authority to veto those pay raises for the state budget.
