Brother of Orlando police chief to appear in court

ORLANDO, Fla, (FOX 35 WOFL) - The brother of Orlando's police chief is set to appear in court this Tuesday.

Edward Mina is scheduled for a pre-trial conference. He has pleaded not guilty to child sexual battery charges.

Mina's trial is set for August 20th.
