Blind baker turns out cookies in Brevard Co. thrift store

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Matt Strobel turns out dozens off freshly baked cookies almost everyday at West Melbourne's Promise Treasures Thrift Shoppe. 

Walking by the café counter, it would be easy to think nothing is unusual, but there is something about him that is very different than most bakers. 

Strobel is blind. 

He can only sense differences in light and dark.

But, he's not letting his disability get in the way.
