As a storm is poised to hit Central Florida this weekend, weather models show a storm coming from Houston, Texas and traveling to the area from the north. Following the storm, temperatures are expected to be in the low 80s and rise as throughout the week.

A line of storms is expected to roll into Central Florida this weekend.  Coming from the north, a storm – with accompanying wind gusts with a possibility of a tornado – is expected to hit Central Florida by late Saturday afternoon or evening. Areas more south will experience storms later in the day.  News of rain showers this weekend comes after 90-degree heat this week. Temperatures are expected to drop with the incoming rain.
