Tenants at The Rialto apartments filed a class action lawsuit – accusing the apartment owners of breach of contract – after 200 units were evacuated due to "structural concerns."  Now, the tenants of the Doctor Phillips complex, located in Orange County, demand damages in excess of $50,000 per resident due to moving and relocation costs – as well as the loss of use and the enjoyment of the dwelling units, the lawsuit said.

Frederick Leonzo Callaway and James Robinson, charged with felony murder, armed burglary, armed robbery, and aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, were denied bond on March 25 after two window installment workers were hospitalized from shooting injuries. The shooting was reported on Tuesday around 3:50 p.m. at a home near Overlook Road and Sylvan Boulevard. Police found two men who had been shot and taken to the hospital.

Police said the shooting was reported around 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday near Overlook Road and Sylvan Boulevard. Two adult men were found with gunshot wounds and were taken to the hospital, police said. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known. "Preliminary investigation appears to indicate the victims were shot after they confronted two suspects involved in the burglary and theft of tools," Winter Park Police said around 7 p.m.
