Central Florida Diaper Bank

The Central Florida Diaper Bank provides support for at-risk mothers, fathers, and guardians. The organization was established in September 1995 with the belief that all children should receive quality care and have their basic needs met. The Central Florida Diaper Bank provides diapers for infants and toddlers ages 0 to 3 and parenting education. The organization also addresses food security, safe sleep environments, and other basic essentials. Collectively, their Distribution Network delivers an average of 92,000 diapers to 1235 families each month in the Central Florida Community.

FOX 35 Feed-A-Thon 2025

Join the FOX 35 Orlando's Care Force for Feed-A-Thon 2024! We are partnering with Walmart and Elevation Church for a food drive to benefit One Heart for Women and Children ahead of the holidays. All proceeds will support Central Florida families facing food scarcity. We're collecting non-perishable food items, gift cards, baby supplies, and household items. We'll be at the Walmart Supercenter near UCF's campus, 11250 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32817, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024.

Thrift shop owner donates uniforms for veterans' honors

The FOX 35 Care Force is honoring a Central Florida Navy Veteran making a difference in the lives of military families as they strive to give their veterans a burial with honors. FOX 35’s Amanda McKenzie went to Jerry Vaughn’s Down the Road Thrift Shop in Titusville to learn more about his mission to help military families honor their veterans in their final sendoff one uniform at a time.
