More than 400 pizza makers from across Italy gathered in Naples Wednesday to set a new world record for the longest pizza ever made.

The record was shattered with a 6,000 foot long margherita pizza, a thin-crust variation made famous in the Italian province.

The dough-flippers worked for 11 hours and used two tons of mozzarella, two tons of flour, and almost 1500 kilograms of tomato sauce to achieve the delicious feat.

The previous record was set in the northern Italian city of Milan during a 2015 expo. That previous record-holding pie measured in at 1.5 kilometers, just under a mile long.
