Sanford Police Officer heads to Puerto Rico to help Maria victims
SANFORD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The Sanford Police Department posted on Facebook that Officer Ayala is heading to Puerto Rico with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
Together, they will assist as first responders to those in need after Hurricane Maria.
They will also be arriving with much needed supplies for residents. This includes: generators, water, gas cans, strollers, paper towels, fans, diapers, and wipes.
