Man bitten by shark in New Smyrna Beach

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - Volusia County beach patrol says a man from Arizona is recovering from a shark bite.
It happened on Saturday at around 4:30 p.m. in New Smyrna Beach.
Officials say the 49-year-old was bitten on the right leg by a shark, but was not seriously injured.
Officials say he was treated on the beach and was not taken to the hospital for further treatment.
