Family desperately searching for lost stuffed turtle

A mother hoping to make her sad son happy again is utilizing social media in an effort to find her son's lost stuffed turtle. 

Sandi Kirkman Hines says her 7-year-old son Tommy accidentally left behind his favorite stuffed turtle at a Wendy's near the Orlando airport. Sandi says when she called the restaurant that the turtle was not there and assumes someone must have taken it. 

In addition Sandi explains that the turtle belonged to her late mother and that her son is completely devastated. 

The family is from New Jersey and they were in central Florida for a cruise. The family is back home, but the mother is still hopeful her plea on Facebook will eventually lead to her son being reunited with his best friend.
