The Annual Turkey Trot took place at Lake Eola on Thanksgiving morning.

This the Turkey Trot's 29th year, making it one of the oldest and largest fun runs in Orlando. Held by Seniors First, the event raises money for seniors and helping them live safe happy lives in their own homes. They also have an established Meals on Wheels program, which fights senior hunger. One in six senior struggle with hunger.

There are almost 5,000 runners in this year's event and every runner will be treated to a Thanksgiving dinner. In addition, lots of people come out just to watch and support the runners.
