Thanks to quick, calm and professional dispatchers, three healthy babies were welcomed into the world. The Orlando Fire Department reported that dispatchers helped guide mothers through a delivery. Dispatchers helped deliver three babies in three months. 

Surveillance video shows person pushing child underwater

Tiffany Griffith, 36, of Fort Myers, has been charged with child abuse – which was downgraded from aggravated child abuse – in court on Tuesday after her arrest. Witnesses told deputies that a woman, later identified as Griffith, entered the pool where a group of children were playing and began splashing water on them. Griffin then grabbed the 6-year-old boy by the shoulders and held him underwater for a few seconds, according to the sheriff's office arrest affidavit. A surveillance video showed the dunking taking place from between two and four seconds.

Legionnaires', a serious type of pneumonia, is rising Orange County. Signs at the federal courthouse say the airborne disease has been found in the drinking water. The disease, which is spread by AC units, a Seminole County Medical Director said, 

Man charged, accused of shooting, injuring cat

Bullet fragments were found in a cat's leg, later forcing the cat's leg to be amputated, after a man shot at the cat when it was near his car, the Brevard County Sheriff says. The man's said the cat was damaging his car. The man was charged with animal cruelty, with a bond set at $6,000.
