A Hillsborough deputy and his K9, a bloodhound named Toby, helped save the life of a woman with dementia, who vanished after walking away from her Thonotosassa home over the weekend. Toby managed to pick up the missing woman's scent and tracked her into the woods, where they found her suffering from severe dehydration.
