Watch: Rare all-white stingaree spotted off Australian coast

Divers in Australia spotted a rare all-white stingray and caught it on video.

A rare, white stingaree

While swimming off the Rye coast in Victoria, Australia, Jules Casey captured footage of the stingray gliding through the water.

Casey told Storyful she suspected the ray to have albinism or leucism, resulting in the white coloring.

"I could not believe how gorgeous she was. She was so chilled out and I swam with her for about 15 minutes, admiring her uniqueness," said Casey.
