Cold front moves into Central Florida, dropping temps to the 40s, 50s

A cold front has begun to move through the state and is dropping temperatures.

The front began in the Gainesville region and is pushing southeast through the Orlando metro and into Brevard County. These storms could bring brief heavy rain, gusty winds, and lighting.

As soon as the front passes through, we will see clear skies, much cooler temperatures, and gusty winds.
