Body found in Orlando retention pond day after car crashed into it
ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Orange County deputies are investigating a body found in an Orlando retention pond.
Deputies are working to figure out if the body found Saturday was involved in a crash on Friday, when a car was forced into the pond by the driver of another car.
The pond is on Canoe Creek Falls Drive, just south of the Orlando International Airport.
When investigators pulled the car out of the water on Friday, nobody was inside.
Deputies have not released the name of the person whose body was found Saturday.
