Arrest warrant obtained for suspect behind deceased body found in hole
ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Orlando Police Department's Homicide detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for 31-year-old Jose Francisco Garcia Otero. He is accused of the Second Degree Murder of Marcos A. Lluveras.
Lluveras was found inside a freshly dug hole in the backyard of a home on Delicata Drive on August 10th.
