4-year-old child run over on Ormond Beach

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A young child was run over on the beach in Ormond Beach, according to Volusia County Beach Safety and Ocean Rescue.

They say the incident occurred Sunday afternoon.

The child was reportedly 4-years-old. The child is alive, but was taken to the hospital with significant injuries.
