1 dead in overnight shooting at Orlando apartment complex, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. - One person was found dead after a shooting at an Orlando apartment complex early Monday morning, according to the Orlando Police Department. 

Police responded to a call shortly after midnight at the Metro Place Apartments on South Kirkman Road, police said. 

Officials are still on the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
