A baby dolphin that washed ashore in Volusia County is now on the road to recovery at SeaWorld after being rescued by a passerby. A local photographer, Shelly Lynch, alerted by a jogger, quickly called the Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute nonprofit team for help.
