Seminole County cracking down on homes in disrepair

A home that has been in disrepair for nearly 13 years has one month to clean up the property or tear it down. It's been deemed a nuisance home in Seminole County. FOX 35's Marie Edinger looked into how this process works, what the homeowners are responsible for, and when the county can come in and condemn a home, tear it down, and sell it -- while recouping the costs.

Contractor accused of trimming across property

A woman in Marion County said she returned home one day to discover that about 600 feet of landscaping on her property was gone. She said a contractor was clearing trees and brush at an adjacent property and cleared part of her property, too, without consent.
