Police make arrest after finding 'elaborate' grow house in Melbourne

Police say it was one of the most elaborate indoor pot farms they've ever seen.

Rolando Valero, 48, was arrested for growing 132 pounds of marijuana inside the entire second story of a home he rented on Elena Way in Melbourne.

To aid in plant growth, police say he installed high intensity lighting, and regulated watering and fertilizing systems.  There were also carbon dioxide canisters timed to discharge, in addition to additional air conditioning and filtration units.

Valero made so many changes to the home, according to police, the building inspector condemned the structure.
