Frustrations mount over undelivered donations to Puerto Rico

A Central Florida resident who has been helping with donations to Puerto Rico says it's frustrating to know they have not been delivered to hurricane victims.

Peter Vivaldi says he and thousands of others from Tampa and Orlando have donated half-a-million pounds of water and supplies for the victims.  However, the items have been sitting at the main port in Puerto Rico for three days, because there are no drivers and truck available to transport them to victims.

"We just need to get the trucks moving. So we're asking the federal government to do what needs to be done to get that moved."

Vivaldi says all the items are non-perishable. He says there are also generators that need to get to the victims.
