Daytona Beach Police cracking down on underage drinking during spring break
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla (WOFL FOX 35) - Over 125 fake ID's have been confiscated so far by Daytona Beach Police during spring break with officers also making hundreds of arrests for underage drinking.
Officials say this year has been one of their busiest and more people means more illegal drinking. In the past three weeks police say they've arrested more than 400 people for underage drinking.
Officials say they will continue to crack down. People caught using a fake ID face a 266 dollar fine.
