A coroner says two bodies that were found on the property of a South Carolina man linked to five other deaths were a couple who had been buried there for about a year.
Coroner Rusty Clevenger said Wednesday that one of the victims was a 25-year-old woman who appears to have died from a gunshot wound to the head and the other was her husband, a 29-year-old man who had a gunshot wound to his torso.
Last week, authorities searching the rural property found a woman alive and chained in a storage container. Investigators say they later found the woman's boyfriend in a shallow grave.
Authorities say the property owner, Todd Kohlhepp, also has confessed to a quadruple killing at a motorcycle shop in 2003, linking him to seven deaths in all.

Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger said he will identify the bodies Wednesday afternoon.
They were unearthed Sunday and Monday from a 95-acre site in rural Woodruff after the owner, Todd Kohlhepp, pointed authorities to the gravesites.
Kohlhepp's arrest in the kidnapping of the woman led to his confessing Saturday to the killing at a Chesnee motorcycle shop.
A body found on the property a day earlier has been identified as the woman's boyfriend, 32-year-old Charlie Carver.

Authorities have arrested the estranged wife of a man found buried on a rural South Carolina property owned by a suspect in several homicides.
Anderson police told news media that 35-year-old Nichole Ellen Carver was arrested Tuesday.
Police say Nichole Carver posed as a detective when she called AT&T last month to track down the location of Charlie Carver's phone.
Charlie Carver was reported missing in August with his girlfriend. She was rescued from a storage container on the Spartanburg County property last week and told sheriff's deputies her boyfriend had been shot and killed. Carver's body was found Friday.
The property owner, Todd Kohlhepp, has been arrested and deputies say he confessed to killing four other people in the county in 2003. He has not been charged in Carver's death.
