Invest 98L is likely to become Tropical Storm Melissa on Tuesday, the 13th named storm of the 2025 Atlantic hurricane season, according to the National Hurricane Center. The system is moving west into the Caribbean. The ABC Islands, Puerto Rico, Hispaniola, Jamaica, and Cuba could see rainfall from whatever develops.
