Stallion saved in Polk County animal cruelty arrest

A Lake Wales man was arrested Sunday on felony animal cruelty charges after Polk County deputies discovered severely neglected horses and goats on his property, including one horse that died before detectives arrived. A number of other people on the property were arrested. This video is of Thunder, a two-year-old stallion, that was kept in a small stall in a dark barn and never turned out to pasture.
