COCOA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - It's a powerful force that can pull you in within seconds and leave you swimming for your life.
Lifeguards on Florida coasts are constantly looking for rip currents and people who may get caught in them. Brevard County Ocean Rescue says saved more than 600 people last year.
