What we know:

Police said they continued their investigation, which revealed Reilly also allegedly made promises to the child.

Reports show the promises included paying for college tuition, purchasing a vehicle and providing a weekly allowance. Officers stated the purchases all took place during the time frame in which Reilly had been engaging in sexual abuse of the child.
