Attempted robber shot after trying to rob a man of his money and car during drug transaction
ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Police in Orlando say they responded to a shots fired call at a CVS Pharmacy on Curry Road.
It's reported that the victim was parked at the CVS to conduct a drug transaction when a man entered the vehicle and held the victim at gunpoint. The man demanded both cash and his vehicle.
The victim shot at the suspect and the suspect fled, as police report.
About an hour later, the suspect allegedly came into Florida Hospital East with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical but stable condition.
The victim was located uninjured shortly after at the Wawa on Goldenroad in his vehicle with his girlfriend.
