On Wednesday, the Kissimmee Police Department presented the findings of an independent investigation conducted by the Orange County Sheriff?s Office. This investigation followed concerns the State Attorney?s Office raised in October 2024 regarding the conduct and/or truthfulness of several sworn officers.

'Quit now': Florida Rep. Maxwell Frost to ICE agents

On Tuesday, he said the United States knows where Iran?s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is hiding during the Israel-Iran conflict but doesn?t want him killed ?for now.? Trump posted on social media asking for Iran's "unconditional surrender" as the five-day conflict continues to escalate.

Maxwell Alejandro Frost hosted a press conference alongside immigration advocacy groups to announce new legislation aimed at strengthening public accountability of ICE detention facilities and protecting due process rights for all. Frost said his ?Stop Unlawful Detention and End Mistreatment (SUDEM) Act? would pull back the curtain on immigration detention by requiring all ICE-operated and ICE-affiliated facilities to be held accountable for their processes and actions."

Open container violation leads to ICE detainer

A man in Volusia County was approached by law enforcement when they saw him with an open container of beer on New Smyrna Beach.
