What we know:

According to officials, around 1:14 a.m. on Feb. 4 officers noticed a car with its headlights on, facing southbound on the railroad tracks.

After identifying the vehicle, officers discovered the car had just fled from a traffic stop initiated by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.

Officers detected the smell of alcohol coming from the car and the driver, identified as Marcus Jordan, who was slurring his words and had bloodshot eyes, the report states.

Jordan stated he had made a wrong turn and needed help getting his vehicle off the tracks. However, police said he refused to exit the car until they ordered him and the passenger out.

According to officials, Jordan informed police that he had been at several venues in the Winter Park and Casselberry area, with his most recent stop being Rachel's Gentleman's Club.

After conducting a series of sobriety tests, officers reported that Jordan was arrested for DUI. Police stated that he refused to cooperate when they attempted to escort him to the patrol car and declined to get inside.

Records indicate that during a search, officers discovered cocaine in Jordan's pants pocket.

He was transported and held at the Orange County Jail, according to the report.
