Septic truck driver dead after crash on S.R. 520

CHRISTMAS, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers are at the scene of a crash on State Road 520 (S.R. 520).

The crash occurred on S.R. 520 west of Taylor Creek Road. FHP says that a septic truck was traveling eastbound on S.R. 520 when it struck the back of a Camaro. The truck then rolled over and the driver was ejected. 

FHP confirmed that the driver of the septic truck was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver of the Camaro was uninjured

The eastbound lanes of S.R. 520 are shut down between Maxim Parkway and Taylor Creek Road. The westbound lanes are still open.
