Massive wave topples vehicle in Chile

When mother nature strikes, she hits hard.

New video out of Chile shows a massive wave knocking over an emergency vehicle in Vina Del Mar.

People nearby ran to help a person trapped in the vehicle, as waves continued to crash down on them.

Local authorities are reporting massive waves and flooding in the area.
